1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By creating an account, accessing, or using Meet Us (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. WHO CAN USE THE APP
Meet Us is an adult-only app.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the App.
During onboarding, you must provide your date of birth (DOB) and confirm that you are 18 years or older before using the App.
Underage accounts are not allowed. If an underage account is detected or reported, it may be removed.
3. ACCOUNT CREATION AND LOGIN
You can create an account only by using Google Sign-In through Firebase Authentication.
The App does not use email/password login, phone OTP, email OTP, anonymous login, or guest mode.
You may log out of your account.
You may delete your account from inside the App or through the official Meet Us Delete Account web page.
4. ACCOUNT DELETION
If you submit a valid account deletion request, the request is stored in backend deletion systems.
Your account and related user data are scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day waiting period.
We provide both:
- an in-app path to request account deletion, and
- a web link resource for account deletion.
5. YOUR PROFILE INFORMATION
The App may store and use the following profile information:
- display name / username
- email address
- gender identity
- avatar image selected through avatarId
- date of birth (DOB)
- parade participation status
- interests
- premium membership status
City is not treated as a permanent profile field.
Users manually select or join cities inside the City Day Parade feature.
The App does not use live location or GPS.
Other users may see public profile information shown inside the App, such as your username, selected avatar image, and gender identity.
6. AVATAR AND PHOTO RULES
Meet Us does not allow real photo uploads.
The App uses bundled AI avatars only.
Users may change their avatar.
Users cannot upload profile cover photos.
The App does not use real face recognition.
Avatar images are bundled locally inside the App, while avatar selection IDs and related profile data are stored securely using cloud-based backend services.
7. CORE APP FEATURES
The App includes the following features:
- discovery / browse profiles
- requests / approvals
- private chat
- block user
- report user
- favourite / pin profiles
- parade / city joining
- support
- FAQ / Help
- delete account
- premium / subscription
- external links / link sharing
- notifications
- filters
Meet Us allows adults to discover profiles, send requests, chat privately, join city/parade communities, pin favourite users, report/block users, manage subscriptions, and share external links in supported chat areas.
8. PARADE / CITY / COMMUNITY SYSTEM
Meet Us includes city parade and community tabs.
Users may view and join these spaces.
The App stores city/community selections and parade joining preferences manually chosen by the user.
The App does not use GPS to detect city.
Parade friend chat can be created from the parade flow.
Parade history can be queried for prior cycle results.
City is a parade-specific selection and is not treated as a permanent profile field.
9. CHAT RULES
Meet Us supports private chat.
Meet Us does not support group chat.
The App stores message history.
Users may delete messages.
Users may edit sent messages.
Users may react to messages.
The App does not allow images, videos, or voice notes in chat.
Users may send links in supported chat areas.
In Private Chat, links are shown as plain text and are not transformed into clickable links.
Users may share HTTP/HTTPS links in supported Vibe Chat areas, including external social/media links and meeting links such as Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Reddit, Google Meet, and Zoom.
Some external social links may be restricted or disabled for safety in certain flows.
The App does not show online, active, or last seen status.
The App does not host or manage voice/video calls internally.
10. SAFETY, BLOCKING, REPORTING, AND MODERATION
You may block users.
You may report users or content.
We review reports.
Moderation actions available in the App include:
- Warn
- Suspend
- Ban
- Restrict visibility
We have adult-only rules.
We do not allow child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or any CSAE-related behavior.
Violating accounts may be removed, suspended, banned, and reported where required.

11. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You must not:
- use the App if you are under 18
- create false age information
- harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- exploit, groom, or sexualize minors
- share illegal or harmful content
- bypass safety features
- misuse reports or moderation systems
- use the App in a way that violates law or these Terms
12. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PREMIUM
Meet Us offers a paid plan called Special Membership.
Price: USD $25.00 per month
Billing type: Monthly
Auto-renew: Yes
Special Membership provides unlimited access to eligible premium features and additional in-app benefits available to subscribed users.
Users can cancel their subscription anytime through their Google Play account subscription settings.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Meet Us uses trusted Google/Firebase services to support app functionality, including:
- Firebase Core
- Firebase Authentication
- Cloud Firestore
- Firebase Cloud Functions
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Google Sign-In
- Google Play Billing
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
Firebase Analytics is not used.
Advertising SDKs are not used.
Location/map services are not used.
AI or automated moderation systems are not used.
14. DATA AND PRIVACY
Meet Us uses data needed to operate the App, support accounts, moderation, chat, parade participation, notifications, crash reporting, and subscriptions.
The kinds of data collected by the App include:
- email address
- Google Auth UID
- account creation time
- last login timestamp
- display name / username
- avatar ID
- gender identity
- randKey128 system matching value
- date of birth
- ageConfirmed boolean
- safetyRulesAccepted boolean
- private chat messages (text only)
- chat timestamps
- joined cityId
- parade timestamps
- blocked user UIDs
- reports
- FCM token
- app version
- crash traces / device state
- Google Play purchase token
- interests
Sensitive data that may be used or stored includes:
- date of birth
- gender identity
- private chat messages

15. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
We may update, change, limit, suspend, or stop any part of the App at any time.
We may also update features, moderation rules, or safety controls as needed.

Support is provided by email.
Support requests can be initiated from inside the App, but support replies are handled through email.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make important changes, we may update the Terms page on our official website / Google Sites.
Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
18. FINAL AGREEMENT
By using Meet Us, you confirm that:
- you are 18 years or older
- you understand and accept these Terms
- you will follow our safety and community rules
- you will not misuse the App or harm other users
